These terms cover the HeadRail website and the HeadRail service for window treatment dealers. HeadRail is operated by [legal entity name], [business address] ("HeadRail", "we", "us"). This website and demo requests
You can browse getheadrail.com freely. Sending a demo request does not create an account or commit you or us to anything. We use what you send only to contact you about HeadRail, as described in the Privacy Policy. Please give accurate details and don't use the form to send spam or anything unlawful. Founding-dealer pricing and other offers are confirmed only in writing when you sign up.
A. Dealer terms
1. The service
HeadRail is a hosted tool that shows window treatments on customer photos, prices jobs from your price books, and gives you a lead inbox, a catalog manager, a website widget and usage reporting.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your staff accounts and for keeping passwords private. Tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of your logo, catalog, prices and customer data. You allow us to host and process that content, and to send customer photos to our AI image provider, only to run the service for you.
4. Customer data
For the homeowner data you collect through HeadRail, you are the controller and we process it on your instructions. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to receive and contact people who ask for quotes, for using the follow-up consent only as it was given, and for honouring deletion and unsubscribe requests. We will help you do this. [A data processing agreement will be offered to dealers after legal review.]
5. Acceptable use
Don't use HeadRail for anything unlawful, harmful or deceptive. Don't try to break the service or get around its limits, and don't upload content you have no right to use.
6. AI previews are illustrations
Previews are AI-generated and approximate. Colors, proportions, fit and availability can differ from the real product. Don't present a preview as a guarantee, a measurement or a final quote. Each preview carries a notice saying it is an illustration; you may reword it but must not remove it. [Wording to be confirmed by a lawyer.]
7. Usage limits and fees
Each plan includes a monthly number of previews. When you reach your limit, previews stop or overage applies as agreed with you. You can set your own monthly limits so there are no surprise bills. [Pricing, billing, taxes and refunds to be added.]

9. Export and cancellation

B. Notice for homeowners
A dealer's preview tool shows what window treatments could look like on your window. Images are AI-generated illustrations and may differ from the real product, so confirm colors with physical samples. Your photo is sent to an AI service to create the preview and is not sold or used for advertising. If you ask for a quote, the dealer receives your details and design, and the photo if you include it. The dealer is responsible for your quote data; see our Privacy Policy for details.
